What happens after I complete the online form?
As soon as you submit your online form it is automatically sent to an experienced claims team who will assess your details and call you back to get any further information they require. Every car accident or work injury compensation claim is always treated with the highest priority.
From there it is referred to one of our expert solicitors who will then contact you to start your claim
How long will my accident claim take to settle?
The claim team handling your case understand that you want a speedy settlement and at the same time getting the maximum amount possible. The length of time taken to settle a claim will depend on the nature of the injury sustained and the circumstances involved. However, the team will be able to give you a much better idea once your claim is underway.
Are you a genuine company?
Yes, we are regulated by the ministry of justice and are on the register with the information commissioners office. This means we have to deal with your claim properly and you can be assured that your details are safe.
How much compensation will I get?
All claims are handled by experienced compensation lawyers who strive to get the maximum amount possible for your claim. They are on your side and understand that you want the best possible outcome for your circumstances. Will I have to meet with a solicitor?

Will I have to go for a medical?

How much will all this cost me?
